On 6 July Dr David Behar, gave a presentation to the WASP on the Opportunity for Partnership with a Global Community of Practice: The Practitioner Exchange for Effective Response to Sea Level Rise (PEERS), which is planned to be launched at the WASP-co-hosted Adaptation Futures Conference 2023 (AF2023) in Montreal, 2-6 October 2023.
Dr David Behar is the Climate Program Director of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, the Chair of the Bay Area Climate Adaptation Network (BayCAN) and the Co-Chair of WCRP Regional Sea-level Change & Coastal Impacts Grand Challenge.
